Our pasta

Our pasta is made from high quality pasta flour and spelt flour, water and fresh eggs. Currently we offer our customers the following types of pasta (200g or 250g packs):

Did you know... pastas are cereal products extremely rich in carbohydrates? The spelt pasta offered by us is especially rich in copper, selenium, zinc, and the vitamins A, D and E. It is produced from spelt flour of the type 1850, which is made from spelt wheat. This wheat (known and grown in the Middle Ages), in contrast to common wheat, contains gluten which is much better absorbed by the body and is a richer source of protein.
